  Ordered a part on a Thursday went to pick it up on Friday. They had ordered the wrong part and the guy at the parts desk said "I guess you're screwed blued and tattooed" not I'm so sorry you family's vacation is ruined because your boat is down. No effort to make it right at all. Just "you're screwed" . I'd say avoid this company like the plague.
